QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with preferred experience in the Oil and Gas, Clean Energy, Chemical, or Semiconductor industries.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research or a related field, with a focus on the industrial market.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sophisticated data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey market insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Proven capacity to build effective plans for business development.
- Experience with market research methodologies and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with industrial market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic go-to-market plans for global adoption of new products and services.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including display advertising, search engine marketing and optimization, social media, video, and automation approaches.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals both within and outside the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed organization, influencing across functional teams and geographies.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
