REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant brand management and marketing experience.
• Experience in the F&B industry will be an added advantage.

• Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies to promote the F&B brands and products.
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
• Manage and develop marketing campaigns, website content, social media to reach target audiences.
• Create compelling and engaging content for marketing collaterals, such as social media posts and promotional material.
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Develop and manage advertising campaigns to build brand awareness and positioning while identifying potential customers.
• Drive the success of a brand including obtaining market share, building top of mind recall, and increasing toplines
• Design and oversee digital marketing plans including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to constantly innovate and improve marketing strategies and tactics.
