MARKETING MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years in marketing or communications, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within the financial services sector.
- Proven Success: Track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and elevate a high-performing marketing team.
- Budget Management: Experience managing budgets with a focus on maximizing marketing ROI.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficient in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to leverage data for informed marketing decisions.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent skills in project management, teamwork, and effective communication.
