REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business or Marketing
- 6 years marketing experience, preferably business-to-business (B2B)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience with project management, negotiation and strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to interact and build relationships with local sales leadership, cross functional teams, and peers.
- Ability to operate in a regional, and globally matrixed environment.
- Demonstrate multi-tasking skills, creativity, executional excellence and proactiveness.
- Good experience and understanding of inbound, outbound and customer marketing techniques.
- Expertise in Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, and Customer Loyalty marketing.
- Traveling up to 40% required.
- Excellent skills in MS Office suite and marketing software tools.
YOU WILL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE:
- 5 years minimum commercial and market application background.
- Experience with Marketo, Power Bi and Google Ads tools.
- Travel visa to the U.S.

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the regional field marketing and campaign approach, based on a clear understanding of the regional business objectives, market segment dynamics, buyer needs, sales and channel partner requirements, in collaboration with key stakeholders including the regional sales, regional marketing, portfolio and global campaign leader.
- Takes the lead in the design, development and execution of integrated marketing plans and programs to build brand awareness, increase customer and prospect engagement, generate new business, and cross or up-sell pipeline.
- Collaborate across teams to support a robust, respected, and efficient marketing ecosystem, consistently demonstrating CommScope’s culture and values in everyday actions.
- Work closely with Field Sales, Distribution/Channel Sales, System Engineering, Product Line Management, and other relevant stakeholders to project manage and implement marketing programs that are aligned to the business objectives.
- Collaborate with Regional Comms & PR to jointly develop & implement agreed PR initiatives.
- Work closely with the Corporate Brand team to advocate and implement global brand strategy and guidelines.
- Working with the regional business stakeholders and Global Campaign Leader, defining the regional marketing campaign and programs plan for the assigned segment within the region.
- Be the voice for your area of responsibility, working closely with the global and regional marketing teams and cross-functional teams on global programs and campaigns, ensuring relevant messaging and positioning are aligned to sub-regional business and sales objectives.
- Manage effective utilization of budgets and its ROI including marketing reports and analytics to understand the results against annual regional targets and goals. Track, report and optimize marketing programs to drive best possible business outcomes.
- Coordinate the allocation of resources to support the agreed strategy. Act as facilitator for questions on priorities, resources and timing.
- Collaborate with the distribution/channel team, local distributors, and partners to drive regional channel marketing programs through the local distribution, partners and key alliances, complementing the global/regional programs (such as CMP and VGI) already in place.
- Development and/or localization of sales enablement tools including presentations, collateral, regional success stories etc. Manage inventory for collateral and giveaways.
- Responsible for lead and database management – in-line with the specified best practices and processes.
- Coordinating internal and external resources necessary to launch marketing programs.
- Responsible for identifying, locating, and developing opportunities to participate in industry and own events for demand generation and brand awareness across the region, building advocacy within existing partners, vendors and end users
