REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 7–10 years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in events or hospitality.
- Proven success in managing $400K+ marketing budgets and achieving ROI targets.
- Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, email marketing, and CRM systems.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and creative problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
ROLE OBJECTIVE:
Are you a strategic thinker and hands-on marketer ready to lead the charge in creating unforgettable event experiences? As Marketing Manager at Mellen Events (part of the Live Nation Group), you’ll drive the marketing strategy and execution for our Food and Beverage Event portfolio, including Pair’d Margaret River Region. This is your chance to combine your expertise in destination and event marketing with your passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, creative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement annual marketing strategies with full budget accountability.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and partner channels.
- Create compelling content for social media, email, websites, and PR campaigns.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, tourism bodies, and media partners.
- Oversee ticketing campaigns, revenue modelling, and audience engagement strategies.
- Optimise campaign performance using analytics, segmentation, and CRM tools.
- Lead agency relationships for digital, PR, and creative services.Deliver exceptional customer experiences through journey strategies and service management.
