You’ll be advising and delivering on Marketing strategy as the Marketing function point of contact and enabling the retention and growth of accounts, as well as the winning of new clients.
As the marketing lead for one of our largest and fastest growing business divisions, Specialty (Wholesale), you will be the trusted advisor for all aspects of marketing and act as a fundamental facilitator to this business unit achieve their commercial goals and growth aspirations.
You will need to collaborate closely with the central marketing’s team of designers, content content writers, communications specialists, digital marketing specialists and external agencies to deliver compelling multi-channel campaigns for each business division and their target audience clusters.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic marketing plans to support the business plan and key objectives set by divisional heads, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager/B2B Marketing Director
  • Be the trusted advisor and key contact for the division for all aspects of marketing
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns targeting prospects in existing and new markets
  • Collaborate closely with in-house specialists and freelancers to ensure that all marketing output is engaging, on-brand and executed with excellence
  • Measure success of marketing activities undertaken and incorporate learnings to steer future activity
  • Share expertise, knowledge and best practice to add value across the Marketing team and for the greater benefit of the business
  • Create marketing material including social media, brochureware, sales enablement collateral, presentations, newsletters and campaign media
  • Constantly scan the horizon for PR opportunities for business divisions, and work with the Communications Manager to maximise publicity
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure the website is updated and content is up to date
  • Assist in other areas of marketing activity including copywriting and events as necessary
