Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and consult objectives and goals of assigned brands in order to achieve both sales and Profit targets established by brand.
  • Work with Division Management in the planning and execution of regional brand-building plans in line with the objectives of the division, including marketing & advertising calendars, new product launches, promotions, advertising campaigns and communication plan in line with USA strategy.
  • Work with Division Management to initiate, develop, and execute the marketing and PR strategy to accomplish brand goals within USA brand strategy.
  • Communicate and ensure correct application of variables such as, price, promotions, distribution, ship dates, exclusivities, etc. to the Sales Department
  • Identify and communicate relevant opportunities and work closely with Division Management and USA team on development and execution.
  • Working with Division Management, follow-up and coordinate projects from concept development to implementation, and organize teamwork between the different departments involved.
  • Responsible for consumer and trade artworks, POS, model use and legal claim requirements for all assigned products/brands within North America usage rights.
  • Review or, together with Division Management, conduct marketing research, follow up on campaigns and launches, and provide reports.
  • Work closely with Logistics to inform and follow-up on product or materials forecast; stock inventory for flow, promotional activities and product launches.
  • Ensure Caribe quantities for all launches and locally produced projects are entered in DPM system.
  • Prepare and submit new product launches and promotions forecast for Sales & Division Management approval. Submit approved quantities to USA Planning Teams and follow-up with Brand Teams and Caribe Logistics departments.
  • Closely monitor brand budgets (i.e. T&E, Fuel, Incentives) to ensure spending within established levels. Work closely with finance to ensure proper reporting, fuel maintenance, and P&L achievement.
  • Work with regional media and PR to promote brands within budget and brand established target.
  • Provide direction and work together with Sales Team to ensure delivery of monthly and annual sales budgets. Maintain the Promotional document up to date.
  • Review sales of new product launches, promotional tracking and purchases against goals.
  • Review sales by brand, by SKU’s, new product launches, promotional tracking and purchases against goals.
  • Prepare and conduct together with Education Manager two annual meetings (1H & 2H) for assigned brands to motivate, educate and inform Sales Consultants (BA’s) on brand new products, promotions, activities, and others.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as required or that may arise in the future
