JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for contributing to the marketing strategy and executing against it. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can drive our marketing efforts to the next level and has experience with both B2B and B2C marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning for marketing initiatives
- Up-to-date knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape analysis
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE: MARKETING MANAGER
To help us reach our next stage of growth, we are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced Marketing Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive awareness and growth for our Lumin’s products and services in our B2B and B2C markets
- Manage our marketing and communication assets, including our website
- Drive our (predominantly digital) marketing efforts, including our website, SEO, SEM, A/B testing, landing pages, and eCommerce strategies
- Manage trade and affiliate marketing activities to support sales and distribution channels
- Collaborate with the executive and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business and sales objectives
- Monitor and analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and inform marketing decisions
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and (external) communication initiatives
- Manage the marketing budget and track ROI on marketing investments
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed
