REQUIREMENTS

  • Educational Background: BSc/BA in marketing, communications, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including SEO/social media), market research methods, and marketing data analytics.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CRM), and web analytics tools (e.g., Google AdWords).
  • Attitude: Proactive and client-oriented.
  • Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Implementing Strategies: Work closely with the marketing manager to define objectives, develop action plans, and identify target audiences.
  • Brand Strategy: Contribute to the development and communication of our brand’s values, promises, and personality.
  • Market Research: Conduct studies and analyses to understand consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Website Management: Create and update website content, ensuring a pleasant user experience and good search engine performance.
  • Social Media Marketing: Plan and implement campaigns, manage paid advertising, and analyze results.
  • Content Marketing: Create and distribute valuable content for the target audience.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Use CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and implement personalized email campaigns.
  • Community Management: Monitor and interact with our online community, maintaining a positive brand image.
  • SEO and SEM: Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize website content for search engines.
  • PR Support: Coordinate media relations, draft press releases, and cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Creative Campaigns: Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  • Vendor Liaison: Work with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Marketing Plan Execution: Undertake individual tasks as assigned.
