Tasks
Cofix Mexico is on the hunt for a dynamic and trend-savvy Marketing Manager who knows the HoReCa market like the back of their hand. As the ideal candidate, you won’t just follow trends - you’ll predict and shape them.
Your previous experiences have armed you with an impressive arsenal of marketing know-how, but it’s your high level of communication, team collaboration skills, and your ability to take charge that truly sets you apart. At Cofix Mexico, we believe that true leaders inspire those around them, and as our Marketing Manager, you’ll be given the opportunity to do just that.
Guiding a dedicated local team, your leadership will shape our marketing efforts and enhance our brand presence. You’ll work closely with the product manager, weaving the narratives that introduce our special dishes and drinks to the world.

Requirements

  • Degree or formal training in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable passion for the HoReCa landscape with a strong understanding of social media and community engagement best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to empathize with and understand our customers’ needs.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal partners, translating business objectives into customer-centric communications.
  • Keen attention to detail without losing sight of the broader strategic goals.
  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the HoReCa industry.
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of the marketing mix, including digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Creative thinking with an aptitude for identifying and analyzing market trends to position products effectively.
  • Fluency in Spanish; Proficiency in English or Russian at the B2 level

  • Take the initiative in identifying and courting potential partner brands for fruitful collaborations. This may span from unique product creations to standout special projects and mutually beneficial cross-promotions.
  • Embark on the mission of amplifying the reach and impact of our loyalty program. By strategizing and implementing innovative marketing techniques, you’ll facilitate increased customer engagement, loyalty, and retention, significantly contributing to our brand’s growth.
  • Become a maestro of offline events, organizing a range of vibrant activities from invigorating concerts to our brand’s engaging participation in festivals, sports events, and business-to-business exhibitions. Each event will be a unique opportunity to elevate our brand presence and connect with a wider audience.
  • Spearhead the evolution of our brand community, both online and offline, in line with our overarching brand strategy. By fostering strong relationships and cultivating a sense of belonging, you’ll play an instrumental role in driving our brand forward, crafting a community that truly embodies the essence of our brand.
