QUALIFICATIONS AND ABOUT YOU

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar Marketing position in a B2B company
  • Experience in working within Marketing supporting a Sales organization
  • Masters degree within Business Administration, Marketing or similar
  • An innovative, responsible and proactive mindset
  • Able to work 40 hours a week at our Milan office
  • Professional fluency in English

Responsibilities:

You will be joining our team of +120 people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact in the organisation from the start.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop a Marketing and Communication strategy and plan for the Italian market, based on the global guidelines and the Sales targets
  • Events: Organize physical and virtual events along with finding and attending events aligned with the overall brand activation strategy and event goals
  • Find and manage collaborations with associations and Partners that are aligned with the overall brand activation strategy
  • Develop e-mail marketing campaigns linked to events, new publications, blog articles, commercial promotions while manage database and mailing list
  • Production/translation/localization of marketing, communication and sales enablement materials (i.e brochures, flyers, case studies, white papers, power-point presentations and other multimedia materials; newsletters, press releases, posts for social media, blog articles; corporate and product presentations, online platforms for sharing content
  • Assisting in the activation of larger global campaigns and initiatives
  • Reporting activities
