Description:

THE COMPANY

Mosey is a new food finding app for finding food trucks, cafes, and restaurants and all food and coffee away from home. It features abilities that don’t exist with the current food finding apps such as Google or Instagram or booking services. We offer businesses that take bookings a Booking Profile and businesses such as cafes and food trucks a Show Profile that gives them full access to features except for booking.
Our key features include businesses being able to post to a timeline, users to post ratings, and shared favourites lists like a shared playlist on Spotify.
This is a varied role, ranging from B2B and B2C marketing, online and offline. If you want to be empowered to be creative and make decisions while working for a new company aiming for a large global market, Mosey is the place for you.
We’re a young, new company and have a strong belief in people and their ability. We want people who are creative to problem solving. We aren’t looking for a robot or for someone to just toe the company line. It’s extremely, extremely important that our Marketing Manager can say “I was thinking about X, but what if we included Y?” and really understand consumer behaviour in order to grow our marketing presence.
We want to encourage your ideas, and in no way want overly formulated ads that people don’t remember. Make trends.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in predominantly digital marketing, in either B2B OR B2C or both
  • Experience across delivery and monitoring campaigns
  • Have in depth knowledge of customer behaviour and decision making
  • Website SEO and funnelling customers across multiple channels
  • A third level degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge/ experience of creativity across digital channels
  • Creativity, being able to think of ideas to improve marketing and ideas for Mosey visually
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  • Experience creating and managing paid advertising campaigns
  • Experience with Google Analytics and data analysis
  • Experience building and maintaining brand voice and business goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning, organisation and goalsetting skills
  • High standards
  • Experience in video editing, graphic design and website design an advantage

    Salary: €45,000

Responsibilities:

You will lead all aspects of our marketing. You will organise and lead a team of two, one social media manager and one content creator and graphic designer, to build our brand across multiple channels. This includes our website and SEO, social media channels, social media content, blog content, and anything else that falls in the remit for marketing.
You will be the lead on all marketing while we expand in Ireland and to the UK initially, and then Europe, thinking of new solutions and ideas to make our marketing stand out.

The role will require you to:

  • Develop and execute the company’s marketing plan, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Implement creative, dynamic and effective marketing campaigns for the customer journey, in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with product and customer success teams to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and drive enhancements and innovation.
  • Ensure brand alignment, consistency and voice across all channels.
  • Oversee and develop social media and digital strategy
  • Be creative and constantly aware of emerging trends and practices that may be of use to the company’s goals
  • Lead your team across social channels and testing campaigns
  • Use analytics to help to implement plans, but have a strong instinct for what impacts customers without them
  • Manage the marketing budget
  • Lead traditional advertisements, offline events and brand recognition in offline spaces
  • Manage and develop systems for data and analytical performance
  • Create and implement best practices marketing
  • Recruit and ensure an appropriate culture of learning and innovation across your team
  • Create presentations and reports if needed
  • Plan short-term and long-term: what works/ is needed now, and what (if any) changes might need to be made in the future?
