As the Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Lead elements of one of our key cell therapy’s business portfolio strategies with a focus on optimizing current offerings and shaping future results.
  • Develop and implement strategies that will deliver strong business results in the Oncology market
  • Work collaboratively with the Medical, Regulatory, Access and Sales Teams to lead the success of J&J Innovative Medicine portfolio in the competitive Oncology landscape.
  • Uncover relevant customer and marketplace insights by:
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Fostering effective business partner relationships (across Johnson & Johnson and with key vendors)
  • Analyzing market research and various data sources
  • Apply core marketing fundamentals to:
  • Use insights
  • Identify and develop competitively differentiated strategies, using both traditional as well as innovative digital tools
  • Generate, implement, and lead multi-channel tactical plans
  • Develop and monitor sales forecast and marketing budget

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • University degree (science or business related) is required. MBA is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Previous product management and/or pharmaceutical commercial experience
  • Proven leadership competencies including critical thinking and intellectual curiosity
  • Demonstrated success in achieving business results through the application of foundational marketing principles including business planning, analysis, metrics and financial skill
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority
  • Proven experience in the development and implementation of creative digital solutions that provide value for customers.
  • Strong attention to detail, prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills

Preferred:

  • English/ French bilingualism
