Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a retail and or FMCG setting.
  • Management experience
  • Strong knowledge of digital, social media, influencer, and traditional marketing.
  • Experience driving e-commerce growth and using analytics to inform strategy.
  • Excellent communication and budget management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the brand’s identity and reputation, ensuring all marketing materials and campaigns reflect the company’s core values and image.
Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, consumer trends, and competitor activities. Use findings to shape future marketing strategies.
Campaign Leadership: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for both UK and international markets.
Store Openings & Product Launches: Oversee marketing for new store openings and product launches, ensuring maximum engagement and brand impact.
Franchise Support: Collaborate with international franchise partners to ensure brand consistency and support localised campaigns.
Social Media Strategy: Guide content plans, support strategies to drive engagement and audience growth.
Influencer Marketing: Manage influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach.
PR Management: Build relationships with media, develop press releases, and
manage brand reputation.
Customer Feedback & Community Engagement: Oversee strategies for gathering and analysing customer feedback. Engage with the community to build a loyal customer base and gather insights for future improvements.
Innovation & Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand innovative and relevant in the market.
Event Management: Organise in-store and external events to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction.
Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation and maximum ROI.
Data & Analytics: Track performance metrics and use insights to refine future strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts.
