QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • Graduate in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an advanced marketing/business qualification being highly desirable.
  • Over 10 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer goods industries, with a proven track record in customer-facing roles, creative MCE expertise, and successful development and execution of market access launches.
  • Proficient in evaluating return on investment for marketing tactics, assessing new sales channels across private, public, online, and offline sectors, and possessing strong market research understanding.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with experience in report writing, presentation creation, and tailoring content to specific audiences.
  • Experienced in people management and change management, with the ability to lead teams effectively and drive organizational change.
  • Knowledge of the obesity market is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategic and tactical local plans, including market segmentation, competitor analysis, and scenario planning, while exploring various sales channel opportunities.
  • Customer Insight and Engagement through gaining insights from patients and HCPs to inform tactical plans, and develop relationships with KOLs, key influencers, and customers to enhance healthcare partnerships.
  • Ensure effective execution of marketing plans and projects, maintaining communication with senior management on outcomes, challenges, and risks, while managing budgets to meet profitability goals.
  • Align with medical, market access, and communication teams to support campaign execution, ensuring consistency in messaging and strategic understanding across the organization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in implementing tactical plans, adopt agile learning in unpredictable situations, and share best practices while adhering to business ethics, local laws, and Novo Nordisk guidelines
