Ohme is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the development of our channel marketing strategy across our Mobility and Sales Distributional Channels.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Capability to cultivate relationships with complex partners across various levels.
  • Expertise in planning and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Excellent prioritisation and project management abilities.
  • Skilled in managing numerous partners of different scales to create marketing programs that align with their objectives.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing program for our most important partners and sales segments at all levels, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive joint marketing initiatives and ensure partner enablement.
  • Design and implement a partner marketing strategy that aims to generate pipeline sales growth in line with ROI targets.
  • Create customized marketing plans for each partner.
  • Lead planning, production, and execution of partner and field marketing events including events, dinners, meetups, tradeshow, etc. for demand generation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Develop customized sales enablement materials for products and solutions.
