BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in science/pharmacy
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical industry
- MBA degree is a plus
- Track record of developing successful plans and delivering positive performance
- Excellent project/process management/ analytical skills
- Demonstrates strong industry knowledge and commercial attitude
- Working in multifunctional cross-cultural teams
- Must be able to travel regularly
- Proficiency in English is needed, both oral and written communications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Gulf region in a pharmaceutical company
- Products launch experience
Responsibilities:
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role your responsibilities will be:
- Enhance the brand potential at national level
- Lead and partner with Brand Teams including Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, Supply Chain, and other related functions & partners to increase the brand performance.
- Develop the annual brand plan, design, and implement all related marketing activities, including budget control
- Understand business dynamics, identify business opportunities, and build strategies accordingly to improve brand potential at a national level
- Partner with regional and global Marketing Teams to understand global strategies and implement locally where applicable
- Work with sales team & plan field visits to acquire feedback & market insights
- Craft and implement tactical plans in line with the strategy
- Partner with the sales force to ensure the brand strategies and tactics are cascaded effectively
- Develop Financial short and long-term forecasts working closely with Business Partners
- Propose national sales target and achieve agreement with Business Unit Head and Sales/District Managers
- Coordinate competitive intelligence and drive competitive action plans
- Collaborate with other PM in Franchise Team on joint projects
- Recruit and lead external vendors in specific projects
- Promote the culture of innovation, collaboration across the team
