BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science/pharmacy
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • MBA degree is a plus
  • Track record of developing successful plans and delivering positive performance
  • Excellent project/process management/ analytical skills
  • Demonstrates strong industry knowledge and commercial attitude
  • Working in multifunctional cross-cultural teams
  • Must be able to travel regularly
  • Proficiency in English is needed, both oral and written communications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Gulf region in a pharmaceutical company
  • Products launch experience

Responsibilities:

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role your responsibilities will be:

  • Enhance the brand potential at national level
  • Lead and partner with Brand Teams including Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, Supply Chain, and other related functions & partners to increase the brand performance.
  • Develop the annual brand plan, design, and implement all related marketing activities, including budget control
  • Understand business dynamics, identify business opportunities, and build strategies accordingly to improve brand potential at a national level
  • Partner with regional and global Marketing Teams to understand global strategies and implement locally where applicable
  • Work with sales team & plan field visits to acquire feedback & market insights
  • Craft and implement tactical plans in line with the strategy
  • Partner with the sales force to ensure the brand strategies and tactics are cascaded effectively
  • Develop Financial short and long-term forecasts working closely with Business Partners
  • Propose national sales target and achieve agreement with Business Unit Head and Sales/District Managers
  • Coordinate competitive intelligence and drive competitive action plans
  • Collaborate with other PM in Franchise Team on joint projects
  • Recruit and lead external vendors in specific projects
  • Promote the culture of innovation, collaboration across the team
