Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
The role of the Marketing Manager is to achieve the lead and student enrolment targets for our partner universities, working closely with the rest of the Marketing team and our advertising agencies to do so. They will be the strategic lead for the selected partner and work collaboratively with both internal and external teams to ensure effective execution of strategy. The successful candidate will responsibly manage an annual marketing budget with a focus on extracting maximum performance, while also continuing to evolve the student acquisition strategy and journey in line with our partner’s brand guidelines.
This is a 12 month fixed term parental leave contract.
Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in a similar role, either client side or agency
- Experiencing managing end to end user journeys
- Strong project management experience
- Experience working to lead or sales goals, alongside cost per lead/cost per sale targets
- Experience working with paid media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Experience in finding and analysing data and insights to drive strategy
- Strong understanding of brand and brand architecture
- A good understanding of building value with consumers, consumer psychology and customer acquisition
- Experience with briefs for multi-channel media plans and creative projects
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management
- Energetic, enthusiastic and creativ
