Description:
Are you an experienced and innovative marketing professional looking for a part-time role where you can make a real impact? Based in Beverley, East Yorkshire, this flexible role offers a salary of £30,000 per annum (pro-rata) and requires 2-3 days per week, 9 am – 5 pm. Our client, a growing owner-managed business, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and develop their marketing strategy.
This role is easily commutable by car from Beverley, Hornsea, Bridlington, Driffield, Hull, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within industrial, B2B, or professional services sectors.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Google AdWords, SEO, and website optimisation.
- Proficiency in content creation and social media management.
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that generate new business opportunities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with the sales team.
- Self-motivation and the capability to manage the marketing function independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Website Management: Edit and update the company website, ensuring it is optimised for SEO and accurately reflects the brand.
- Social Media: Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, grow followers, and maintain a strong online presence.
- SEO & AdWords: Develop and implement strategies to improve SEO rankings and effectively manage Google AdWords campaigns.
- Content Creation: Write and post compelling content across various platforms, aligning with the brand’s tone and objectives.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that generate leads and drive revenue.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with customer information and send introductory emails to potential clients.
- Marketing Innovation: Identify and propose innovative marketing strategies to enhance the company’s market presence.
