Join our global partner management team as a Marketing Manager (m/f/d) and drive the success of the TecAlliance Partner Program! In this role, you will oversee all marketing aspects of the program—from design and brand identity to market communication and partner engagement. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional training.
  • Strong (5+ years) experience in partner marketing and partner program development.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems.
  • Experience in creating marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, logos, and other assets.
  • Proficiency in online marketing, web content writing, and social media communication.
  • Experience in community management is a strong advantage.
  • Business-fluent English (minimum C1 level), both spoken and written.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external communications related to the TecAlliance Partner Program (TAPP) across all channels.
  • Coordinate marketing activities for the Partner Program and support events such as trade shows and user groups.
  • Oversee the design and content of the Partner Portal and related landing pages.
  • Execute the agreed-upon marketing strategy for the TecAlliance Partner Program.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
