JOB SUMMARY:

PEPITe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and
execute our marketing operations. This role involves creating and managing marketing and
communication plans, overseeing budgets, supporting sales and partners, and managing a wide range of
communication channels.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects
simultaneously.

EDUCATION AND EVENTS:

Coordinate seeding initiatives at universities and technical schools.

Marketing operations;
Organize weekly meetings including agenda preparation and minutes of meeting (MOM)
documentation.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication plans.
Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and spending.
