As a Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping campaign strategies that contribute to the growth and success of the Premier brand. You will have the chance to dive into designing marketing initiatives that align with the values of the Bank.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- A minimum Associates Degree in Marketing and/or 2-5 years’ previous experience in marketing is desired.
- Strong writing and copy-editing abilities with a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Above average computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate), Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), ClickRSVP
- Good organizational skills
- Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to marketing department in relation to analytics research and reporting using a variety of platforms, identifying strategic market opportunities, customize targeted campaign development, design, and distribution via email and direct mail as needed.
- Work with marketing team to develop, execute, and manage brand and marketing initiatives
- Have knowledge of and maintain the Premier Community Bank Intranet via SharePoint
- Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives and media
