Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
- 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to think at both strategic and execution levels in marketing.
- Proficiency in both digital and print marketing strategies and execution.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and campaign performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in leading and developing a team.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and their role in marketing.
- Experience with telephone systems and virtual assistants in a marketing context.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- An initiative-taking and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
