Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead our lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns designed to drive qualified leads and boost revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation across multiple channels (digital, email, social media, content marketing, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and ensure consistent lead flow.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content, landing pages, and marketing collateral to attract and convert prospects.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and lead quality.
  • Utilize CRM systems and marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains ahead of the curve.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to deliver measurable results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with a focus on lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on delivering innovative marketing strategies.
  • Experience in Real Estate is a must.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
