SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a high-growth startup or fintech environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing outcome-based marketing strategies that drive growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive demand generation, opportunity conversion, and retention. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and content marketing.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and business objectives.
  • SEO: Manage SEO strategies to improve organic traffic.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize future efforts.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Provide support activating strategic partnerships that align with our growth objectives.
