ABOUT:

At LUMINOR Environmental, we believe in creating and providing innovative Ultraviolet (UV) water disinfection solutions for home, industry, and regulated markets around the world. We are a leader in the industry, with back-to-back Deloitte Fast 50 and Deloitte Technology Fast 500 awards in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
We’re looking for an innovative Marketing Manager to join our team to help develop and execute marketing strategies to build strong positioning for the Luminor brand.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Knowledge of SEM and online marketing tools and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management, time management, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and SFDC
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE:

The Marketing Manager role involves crafting, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans to establish strong positioning and target audiences, leading marketing programs from inception to execution. Leveraging customer insights, consumer trends, and market analysis to build successful strategies and drive collaboration across internal teams is key.
The role includes creating and analyzing detailed reports across multiple platforms, providing key insights and recommendations for future campaigns, and partnering with email, performance marketing, and web teams to optimize lead-nurturing tactics.
Additionally, inspiring and managing an experienced inside sales and customer service team to exceed performance metrics that will drive overall business growth, improve the customer experience and deliver success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company’s business goals and objectives.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g., web traffic and rankings).
  • Providing short and long-term forecasts.

Brand Management:

  • Develop and manage our brand strategy.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.).
