Description:
INTRODUCTION:
Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our client, a leader in its industry, known for innovative products and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with key target audiences and drive business growth.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Four-year college degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of equivalent marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience in translating marketing objectives into strategies and successful execution of integrated marketing plans.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive “self-starter” with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, & Acrobat.
Responsibilities:
DIRECT HIRE ROLE
Pay Range: $100-110K Base + Bonus + Benefits
Business Hours: Monday to Friday
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and plans for the client’s product portfolio.
- Act as a brand champion, ensuring consistency with brand positioning across the business.
- Create and execute Channel Marketing strategies to drive sales, awareness, and revenue growth through distributors.
- Manage the development and deployment of launch materials, coordinate with print vendors, and oversee inventory of sales collateral.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend changes as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date and functional.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
