Description:

RSG International is a global leader in the road safety sector, whose business units cover all facets of road safety infrastructure, including construction and installation, new product development, product distribution, and auxiliary services.

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Communications, the Marketing Manager will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing and communications, capable of driving brand awareness and engagement across various channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Direct marketing and brand strategy at the group and subsidiary level
  • Collaborate on and provide advice regarding corporate communications at both the group and subsidiary levels.
  • Develop and review medium/long-term marketing and brand strategies and annual budgets for RSG International and its subsidiaries
  • Manage quarterly marketing strategy and planning sessions with group management
  • Develop brand identities and brand guidelines consistent with business goals for RSG International and its subsidiaries, work to ensure guidelines are followed
  • Strategic management of online presence for RSG International and its subsidiaries, ensuring online presence is consistent with brand identity and strategic business goals, across multiple platforms and communications channels
  • Direct production of and maintain multimedia content
  • Develop a clear idea of target audience in relation to marketing and communications goals, General market and competitor research
  • Build, test, and execute integrated marketing campaigns, using analytics to measure performance and continuously improve results
  • Produce, maintain, and set standards for periodic marketing analytics reports for RSG International and its subsidiaries
  • Assist business leaders in trade and product marketing; Develop product knowledge
  • Advise and assist in managing internal communications, ensuring alignment with group brand and culture, in collaboration with the RSG International communications strategy.
  • Develop and execute M&A brand integration process for new acquisitions and develop and manage marketing plans for new business units added to the group.
  • Collaborate with communications and monitor reputation management, including sentiment analysis.
  • Up to date with event and sponsorship activities of RSG International and its subsidiaries
  • Maintain open communication with business leaders across organization
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in marketing and communications roles, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and narratives.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM platforms.
