Description:

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably in a B2B environment. (2-3 years)
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms,
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Construction/Industrial Industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic actions

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment on marketing goals.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content, including advertising materials, blogs, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Maintain and grow the company’s presence in local and national markets.
  • Plan and execute events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
