Role Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Bay Area (Hybrid; anticipate spending 30% of time in the field to meet potential partners and referral sources, generate inquiries, and convert leads into clients) - includes Alameda, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, and Santa Clara counties

Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager for Sage Eldercare is responsible for cultivating and expanding a robust referral network, partnering with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and satisfied clients to generate new business. They will focus on building brand trust and credibility through strategic outreach, content marketing, and reputation management. By analyzing referral data, client satisfaction, and engagement metrics, they ensure the company’s growth aligns with both client needs and long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing CRM and Analyzing Referral Data: Manage HubSpot content while monitoring referral sources, conversion rates, and client demographics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify new opportunities or areas for improvement.
  • Conduct New Client Inquiry: Convert inquiries to New Clients through holistic, relationship-based process; seen as Trusted Advisor
  • Generate leads, qualify “right client” and close with a signed service agreement
  • Maximize conversion rates of those fitting “right client” profile
  • Institute workflows to ensure follow-up at appropriate time
  • Aspires to a strong New Client Experience as measured by Net Promoter Score: referrers and new clients feel heard and helped
  • Building and Nurturing Referral Networks: Cultivating relationships with key referral sources such as healthcare professionals, fiduciaries, eldercare consultants, senior living communities, and social workers. This could involve regular communication, educational presentations, and collaboration on client needs.
  • Developing Trust and Brand Reputation: Ensuring the company’s brand is perceived as a trusted and reliable source of eldercare. This may involve overseeing client testimonials, managing online reviews, and maintaining a consistent message of quality care.
  • Content and Education Marketing: Creating informative content (social media, blogs, newsletters, webinars, etc.) that educates potential clients and referrers about the company’s services, the benefits of private pay eldercare, and tips for navigating eldercare decisions.
  • Online Presence and Reputation Management: Managing the company’s online presence, ensuring the website and social media platforms are optimized for credibility and making it easy for referral sources to recommend services.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Working closely with business development, operations, and service groups to ensure that the marketing message aligns with service delivery and client expectations, leading to higher satisfaction and more referrals.
  • Community Outreach and Partnerships: Engaging with local communities, sponsoring or participating in events that cater to seniors, caregivers, or healthcare professionals. Forming partnerships with relevant local organizations can further enhance referral opportunities.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Advanced proficiency in managing and optimizing CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics tools for tracking referral sources, conversion rates, and client demographics.
  • Experience using relationship-building skills to nurture referral networks.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including content creation (social media, blogs, newsletters, webinars) and online reputation management.
  • Experience in community outreach, event sponsorships, and partnership development with local organizations.
  • Written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content and establish rapport with referral sources, potential clients, and community partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively using software like Asana.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in eldercare (e.g. healthcare professionals, fiduciaries, eldercare consultants, senior living communities, and social workers).
  • Certifications or additional training in digital marketing, content marketing, or CRM management.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Asana, and Google Drive.

Compensation: The anticipated base compensation for this position is between $85k-115k. Offered compensation will be determined based on education and experience.
