As Marketing Manager, you are responsible for spearheading marketing initiatives to support commercial success of the responsible brands. This involves strategic branding, product promotion and collaboration with diverse teams. Additionally, defining a product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing department, and implement supporting tactical projects.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develops brand strategy, promotional campaigns & tactical plans
  • Analyzes market trends and feedback from clients, using them in strategy planning to enhance the value and reach across different customer segments and accounts
  • Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams (Commercial Excellence, Regulatory Affairs, Medical, Market Access and Supply Chain) to ensure Day 1 launches
  • Responsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans in order to ensure the growth of the brand(s)
  • Leads the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines
  • Monitors and controls brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results
  • Identifies area market insights and opportunity via customer interactions
  • Monitors product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives
  • Contributes to an environment of learning and high engagement within the team
  • Key performance indicators include: Increased market share & market share growth for the identified therapeutic areas, and efficiency of marketing campaigns, measured by increased product awareness, reach and uptake.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • In-depth understanding of the Pharma marketplace including key dynamics, competitors, regulatory processes
  • Operations Management and Execution
  • Ideally substantial sales & marketing experience within pharma industry
