Description:
JOB SUMMARY The Marketing Manager for SEU Worship will oversee and execute comprehensive content strategies to enhance the visibility and engagement of SEU Worship and Southeastern University across various platforms. This multifaceted role includes managing social media strategy, marketing communication strategy, online web presence, and multimedia content creation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES - May include, but is not limited to the following:
- Social Media Management: Manage social media channels for SEU Worship, including developing and executing organic social media campaigns for music releases, crafting brand-consistent copywriting and content strategies to increase music streaming and brand awareness, and creating unique photo, video, and graphic content for social media platforms
- SEU Worship Brand Coordination: Assist in overseeing SEU Worships brand across all media channels, ensuring consistency in logos, typography, colors, and imagery; maintain up-to-date brand and press materials across web, social media, and digital platforms; Shape the public perception of SEU Worship through strategic use of images, videos, and copywriting
- Content Capturing: Plan and execute photoshoots, video shoots, and other content capture opportunities. Student Team Management: Oversee projects from concept to completion, managing tasks of student workers; communicate creative vision and direction to the student team; Mentor and coach students in design, photo, video, and marketing strategy; Review and approve projects created by students, ensuring high-quality output Multimedia
- Content Creation: Capture and produce video content for SEU Worship in various settings, including worship sessions and tours; Create video content and motion graphics for songs, tours, and SEU events; Design graphic assets for albums, campaigns, and other creative projects; Capture and plan photo projects for SEU Worship and SEU Creative campaigns
- Web Management: Maintain SEU Worships online presence, updating web pages and managing web systems such as Shopify, Wordpress.
- Communication Strategy: Collaborate with SEU Creatives communications sub-team to create and execute engaging email campaigns and SMS campaigns to drive music streams and increase enrollment.
- Photography: Drive SEU Worship photography & videography endeavors. Assist in the photo direction & content creation of SEU Creative projects.
- Enrollment: Collaborate with SEU Creatives communications sub-team & enrollment teams to strategize methods of increasing enrollment from the existing SEU Worship audiences.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s in Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field.
EXPERIENCE
Required: Experience in content marketing, social media management and content creation, and brand strategy Experience with video and film production Robust knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Illustrator, After Effects)
Preferred: Three to five years of experience in a related field. Ability to storyboard and bring creative brainstorming to the team Must be able to lift and carry film equipmen
