DESCRIPTION

Silver Air is looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to join our growing private aviation team! Based in Santa Barbara, the ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who can manage marketing operations across multiple channels while keeping pace with the demands of a fast-moving, dynamic industry.
The Marketing Manager will take ownership of day-to-day marketing functions, including campaign management, creative projects, digital marketing efforts, and vendor coordination. Strong communication, creative thinking, and organizational skills are essential to success in this role.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, , or similar CRM and email marketing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations & Campaign Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage day-to-day marketing activities, including email campaigns, social media posts, and marketing automation through tools like HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive branding and timely delivery of all marketing projects.

Content Management & Website Maintenance:

  • Oversee updates to the company’s WordPress website and ensure accurate and engaging content.
  • Coordinate with external developers for more advanced web development needs and ensure timely updates.

Design & Creative Development:

  • Utilize basic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) to create flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal and external designers to execute creative concepts and maintain brand consistency.

Vendor Management & Marketing Tools Integration:

  • Manage relationships with marketing vendors and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Maintain expertise in marketing tools like HubSpot and Mailchimp for email campaigns and CRM management.

Project Coordination & Documentation:

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and that all deliverables align with the company’s goals.
  • Document processes and create training materials, including walkthrough videos, to streamline future projects.

Collaboration on Strategic Initiatives:

  • Work with senior leadership on high-impact projects like Flight Club, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company goals.
  • Support the development of business presentations using tools like Adobe InDesign.

Photography & Visual Asset Management (Optional):

  • Occasionally oversee photography needs for promotional events or aircraft, coordinating with professional photographers as required.
