Paying a salary up to £50,000 per annum working / 37.5 hours per week / Monday-Friday.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

FIRST AND FOREMOST WE ARE INTERESTED IN THOSE WHO HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO HOLD THESE VALUES, AS FOR THIS POSITION, WE ASK YOU TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING KEY SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operational marketing/ App Marketing role that must include App Store, Google Ads, Display, Facebook and Instagram
  • Experience of managing budgets in excess of c£5 million pounds+ p/a
  • Experience of managing a multi-disciplined team (ASO/SEO, PPC, CRM)
  • Strong data and analytical skills

Although standouts will also have:

  • Preferably agency and in-house experience
  • Experience of app marketing would be advantageous, or use of tools such as AppsFlyer, Data.ai.
  • Experience of the travel/tourism sector
  • Understanding of the wider marketing mix
  • The ability to input on marketing strategy with an understanding of the impact on the wider business
  • Relevant degree in marketing, maths, IT, field
  • Meticulous approach to organisation
  • Previous experience of dealing with senior stakeholders
  • High level of competency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Must be innovative with a test and learn mentality
  • Proven ability to mentor and train more junior members of the team
  • Knowledge of app development and sprint planning

Our Performance Media Team has the opportunity for a Marketing Manager to take up their latest career challenge within a leading name in holiday industry.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting into Head of Performance Media, our newest Marketing Manager will become a key player within our Performance Media team, responsible for:

  • Attending departmental meetings and representing the department at internal and external meetings.
  • Recommending changes to systems and procedures to improve the efficiency of the site operations. Continually review operational practices to ensure best practice is delivered at all times.
  • Working in accordance with GDPR and to ensure all new systems and data are secure. Colleagues in the department may have access to material which is confidential or commercially sensitive in some way. It is a condition of their contract of employment that they use great discretion at all times and ensure that no confidential material is leaked from the department to unauthorized members of staff, customers or owners.
