Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Marketing / Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in building industry preferred
- Good leadership quality, independent and with great initiative
- Enjoy working with a dynamic team and able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Dynamic with strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the lighting or related industry

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business goals
- Promote agency products to customers including Architects, Designers and Consultants
- Manage and oversee the company’s digital marketing efforts
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials and support sales initiatives
- Ensure that customers get the product engineering support during design stage and follow through till completion and meet customer satisfaction
- Maintain constant communication with Manufacturers and Suppliers
- Provide feedback to Manufacturers and Suppliers any concerns about product quality and after sales support, so as to achieve optimum customer satisfaction
- Manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures and policy
- Develop and conduct presentations explaining products and provide product knowledge to new and existing clientele
- Maintain and develop trusting long-term relationships with new and existing customers through understanding their business activity and needs
- Promote and represent the company professionally at trade exhibitions, events and product demonstrations
