MARKETING MANAGER
Hybrid working - based in the office or at clients at least 3 days a week (HQ in Aldgate East, London)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with 7 years of experience in marketing positions within SaaS or a related industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record executing successful marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, demand generation and revenue growth in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, including branding, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and growth targets.
- Create and execute demand-generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns and asset production, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, webinars, and more as required.
- Conduct market research and analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine and adjust marketing strategies.
- Track customer satisfaction levels (using Planhat) and feed insights into the Customer Success team to improve customer retention rates
- Develop compelling marketing content and collateral (e.g. website content, social media and blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, sales tools etc.) independently and with agency support.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, industry reports and any relevant speaking engagements.
- Own our CRM (HubSpot) and measure campaign spend and performance to understand ROI
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI
- Set, monitor and report on key marketing performance metrics and KPIs.
- Manage and mentor Marketing Executive
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
