Description:
OWNER-FOCUSED MARKETING
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish relationships with real estate agents for property owner referrals.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to position Upstay as the trusted and premier property management company for short-term rental owners.
- Develop marketing initiatives that highlight Upstay’s ability to maximize revenue and protect homeowners’ investments.
- Build and manage the Upstay brand as a trusted partner for property owners seeking professional and reliable management services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in hospitality or property management marketing, with a strong understanding of short-term rental markets.
- Expertise in brand building, digital marketing, SEO, and analytics platforms.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing marketing teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt strategies in response to market dynamics.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES STRATEGIC MARKETING PLANNING & EXECUTION
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve guest acquisition, retention, and owner engagement goals.
- Lead the strategic execution of brand promotions, campaigns, and continent-wide initiatives.
- Monitor and recommend updates for SEO strategies, ensuring alignment with evolving digital marketing trends and collaboration with MDS or agencies.
- Set and execute the annual digital marketing plan, including partnership and advertising strategies to maximize revenue generation.
- Plan and manage content creation, including photoshoots and other assets, ensuring all marketing materials are up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.
- Strengthen and build the Upstay brand by ensuring consistency in voice, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms and initiatives.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and explore new markets and potential clients for both guest bookings and property management services.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to support marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute social and corporate packages across all resort properties.
- Submit weekly marketing activity reports to the General Managers and CEO.
- Handle any additional responsibilities assigned by leadership.
