Description:

OWNER-FOCUSED MARKETING

  • Collaborate with the sales team to establish relationships with real estate agents for property owner referrals.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies to position Upstay as the trusted and premier property management company for short-term rental owners.
  • Develop marketing initiatives that highlight Upstay’s ability to maximize revenue and protect homeowners’ investments.
  • Build and manage the Upstay brand as a trusted partner for property owners seeking professional and reliable management services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in hospitality or property management marketing, with a strong understanding of short-term rental markets.
  • Expertise in brand building, digital marketing, SEO, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing marketing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt strategies in response to market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES STRATEGIC MARKETING PLANNING & EXECUTION

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve guest acquisition, retention, and owner engagement goals.
  • Lead the strategic execution of brand promotions, campaigns, and continent-wide initiatives.
  • Monitor and recommend updates for SEO strategies, ensuring alignment with evolving digital marketing trends and collaboration with MDS or agencies.
  • Set and execute the annual digital marketing plan, including partnership and advertising strategies to maximize revenue generation.
  • Plan and manage content creation, including photoshoots and other assets, ensuring all marketing materials are up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.
  • Strengthen and build the Upstay brand by ensuring consistency in voice, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms and initiatives.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and explore new markets and potential clients for both guest bookings and property management services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to support marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and execute social and corporate packages across all resort properties.
  • Submit weekly marketing activity reports to the General Managers and CEO.
  • Handle any additional responsibilities assigned by leadership.
