ABOUT THE ROLE

Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS ALL ABOUT:

A fundamental component of our team is our aim to build engaged relationships with our health and life insurance adviser community, ultimately supporting the retention and sales targets of our sales teams.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing marketing activity for one of our key sales channels for the business – responsible for 28 different service providers who support a number of financial advisers across the UK.
As part of this you will be responsible for the development of inventory in line with campaign activity across a variety of marketing disciplines – these include email marketing, social media, online/print advertising and brochureware. Additionally, you will also own the marketing relationship with our strategic partnerships team who are responsible for the relationship between Vitality and the service provider.
Another fundamental component of this role is to lead the direction of our communications activity to our internal sales team network – that includes the strategic partnerships team.
