Description:

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s or master’s preferably in Management, Economics or Marketing
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Results-oriented and with a high sense of responsibility, planning and autonomy.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills
  • Customer-centricity focus
  • Knowledge of the Telco business and market, namely products and services provided by Vodafone (preferred)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team (using Agile methodologies) and capacity to manage multidisciplinary project teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • English Language proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Minimum of 3- years of proven experience in a similar role.

Accountabilities:

  • Desing & implement pricing strategy for the Family Segment, that include fixed/convergent offers and mobile voice stand-alone post-paid offers.
  • Ensure that all offers are available across commercial and customer service channels
  • Manage offers on sales assistants tools
  • Manage commercial offer catalog and campaigns database
  • Define business rules, operational procedures and support information for different channels
  • Monitor business indicators and seek continuous improvement
  • Monitor IT developments and manage offer/project implementation with all stakeholders involved

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a person to join Marketing Tribe (Pricing Chapter), to work daily on Family Squad, where will work with other team members on fixed, convergent and post-paid mobile voice offers being responsible for the integration and support of our offers across commercial and customer service channels.
It’s expected that the Marketing Senior Specialist will work closely with several stakeholders in a cross functional team, with a flexible and open-minded mindset. We expect you to feel comfortable in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment, enjoy and promote open collaboration inside the team and be prepared to handle challenging situations.
