You have proven experience with Content Management Systems like Drupal, and a strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies. Your passion for data-driven results and experience with tools such as Google Search Console and Semrush allow you to make informed decisions that maximize impact. You are naturally collaborative, able to facilitate consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and moving toward shared goals.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will play a key part in launching a new, customer-focused public-facing website. As part of the Sector marketing team, you will work closely with our Data and Channel Excellence and Technology teams. You will ensure customer-centric content is tailored for SEO, user experience, and our business objectives. You will have a key role in coordinating page redesigns, content restructures, and supporting the roll-out of an integrated web strategy to engage global audiences.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support delivery of web content and keyword strategies and upskill teams in content optimisation
  • Coordinate the creation of SEO-optimised web content and contribute to redesign efforts to enhance user journeys.
  • Become a Drupal Expert while helping to train teams in the new CMS.
  • Collaborate across marketing and tech teams to integrate data flows, automate marketing, and increase customer engagement.
  • Help manage and support digital transformation projects and campaigns to promote our ecosystem of learning and assessment products.
