Required

  • 5 year(s): Proficient in content management and web-based analytics systems.
  • 5 year(s): Proficient experience with CRM and marketing automation systems, preferably within Salesforce
  • 5 year(s): 5+ years in a marketing leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing/industrial environment, demonstrating mastery of the responsibilities listed above.

Responsibilities:

STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development of the marketing plan that aligns with business objectives for new equipment sales and aftermarket business development.
  • Collaborate with sales and operational leadership teams to define customer profiles to target and engage.
  • Manage relationships with distribution channel partners by interfacing with their leadership team frequently to encourage brand promotion.
  • Identify new and traditional marketing channels that will be successful at engaging target audiences (e.g., digital advertising, PPC, geo-fencing, IP targeting, industry trade publications, PR, etc.).
  • Develop content with internal subject matter experts to increase brand awareness, differentiate our solutions in the market, build trust within our industry, and engage the target audience.
  • Lead content development with outside industry/agency/vendor relationships for advertising, press relations, graphics, videography, imagery, and website development.
  • Drive traffic and participation to various industry trade shows and events (in-person or virtually).
  • Analyze market trend data to assist the organization in identifying where resources should be focused for business growth.

TACTICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and update digital content for social media accounts, website pages, sales presentations, distributor content repository, and other marketing collateral.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget that executes your marketing plan efficiently.
  • Capture and edit video and image assets for company solutions and initiatives as needed.
  • Create and execute digital campaigns through our digital automation platform.
  • Record and organize KPIs of various marketing initiatives for monthly reporting.
