Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Head of Marketing and Communications team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our integrated marketing, brand, media, communications strategies including campaigns and student recruitment for the Institute and drive our mission forward with creativity and strategic vision.
Reporting directly to the Director, Student Recruitment and Services, this position will collaborate with other members of the Leadership Team to support the delivery of the Institute’s Strategic Plan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that align with the Institute’s goals.
- Marketing: Lead the team to create and optimise marketing campaigns, craft compelling messaging, and design impactful materials across various channels.
- Media Relations: Lead media strategies to position the Institute as the leading training provide of foods, tourism, hospitality and events programs.
- Brand Management: Actively manage the Institute’s brand, ensuring consistent and strong brand positioning across all channels.
- Content Management: Oversee the publishing function, ensuring high-quality production and timely delivery of communications and materials.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders and engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into strategies.
