Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and web analytics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement.
  • Must proficiency in reading and writing in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience in TCM clinic management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies and plans that align with the company’s business objectives.
  • Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
