Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Marketing & New Business Executive (dependent on experience) to join our Business Development team at Medialab. An individual who wants to support in raising the agency’s profile externally and help drive our new business growth.
You will report directly into the Senior Business Development Manager, as well as working closely with the wider Business Development team. There will be a host of exciting projects for you to be involved in as you support our prospecting and growth ambitions.
As well as providing new business pitch support across presentation design, pitch theatre and collateral, you will also be managing our social media platforms – LinkedIn, Instagram and X, by planning and writing our latest content.
WHO WE ARE:
Medialab is the UK’s leading independent media agency, and the fastest growing agency in Campaign’s Top 20 ranking. We’re a media agency that’s made differently. Purpose-led, data-driven, founder-run and proudly independent.
Our independence means we can focus 100% on doing the right thing to secure success for our clients and our brilliant people. We work with a wide variety of clients including Hovis, SunLife, Standard Life, Laithwaites Wine, EMMA Mattresses, Save the Children UK, Mind, Guide Dogs, Alzheimer’s Society, RNLI and Clearscore.
We’re a diverse team of 150 people (and growing), based near Oxford Circus. Our people-first, purpose-driven culture has been key to our success and has been awarded as a Campaign Best Place to Work for four years in a row. We commit to creating a more sustainable future through our partnership with FuturePlus, and foster a diverse and inclusive culture, though several DEI Communities to drive real change. We offer a supportive environment for working parents, carers, those who are (peri)menopausal and anyone else who needs it, with flexible working opportunities to all, from day one.
Our entrepreneurial spirit means success is rewarded and there are no limits to what you can achieve, which our employees agree with. We recently won Silver in Campaign’s Agency of the Year Awards, are accredited with the IPA’s People-First Promise Badge of Honour and are shortlisted for Media Week’s 2024 Agency of the Year award.
