Benevity is the way the world does good, providing companies (and their employees) with technology to take social action on the issues they care about. Through giving, volunteering, grantmaking, employee resource groups and micro-actions, we help most of the Fortune 100 brands build better cultures and use their power for good. We’re also one of the first B Corporations in Canada, meaning we’re as committed to purpose as we are to profits. We have people working all over the world, including Canada, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and more!
As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you’ll be a key player in fostering growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Your tasks will include designing and executing marketing processes, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and ensuring optimal system performance. You’ll leverage Marketo’s capabilities for campaign executions, dive deep into data to identify emerging trends, and provide insights that optimize strategies and drive growth. Collaborating cross-functionally, you’ll spearhead data-driven strategies, monitor performance, and ensure initiatives deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns aligned with industry standards
  • Analyze data to derive insights for refining marketing strategies and campaigns. Create insightful metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, impact, and effectiveness
  • Implement scalable processes that adhere to best practices in campaign and lead management. Assess new technologies and applications to enhance the marketing team’s performance
  • Develop robust KPIs and scorecards to monitor marketing performance. Explore data for trends, identify KPIs, and conduct hypothesis testing
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies. Present analysis and findings effectively to various audiences
