We are currently looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario.
This role will be responsible for providing support to the Senior Planner, Marketing Operations with the review, approval and handling of dealer requests for incentives. This position will also be required to assist with monitoring and implementing process improvements within the dealer contact team.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
1 or 2 years of internship in an operational finance-related role preferred. Previous automotive experience within an incentives department preferred.
Language: Advanced English
JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal); strong customer service ethic.
- Able to communicate effectively with managers and co-workers within and outside the department; including but not limited to dealers, and vendors
Computers skill: Excel - analyze data
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track status of daily operations using daily reports and identify process and system inefficiencies.
- Assist with reviewing, assessing and processing dealer inquiries as well as exception requests and/or payment claims.
- Process, review and approved customer pre-orders for accuracy, validity and completeness
Education: Bachelor’s degree focus on marketing and or equivalent related business experience. DESIRABLE
