JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree, in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing operations or data analysis role with minimum of 3 years of experience working in Business Consulting, FMCG or with a Marketing Agency.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to perform complex data analysis and modelling.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot (experience with HubSpot is a huge plus)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • An idea-generator: someone who will constantly be working to improve our systems and better support the marketing and sales teams
  • Strong ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with data-driven approach to marketing
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work with large datasets and commit to data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OF THE ROLE.

The Marketing Operations Analyst will be responsible for optimizing our marketing processes, analysing data to drive decision-making, working on customized brand marketing plans and ensuring the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives. This role involves creating and maintaining reports, building dashboards, presentation decks and providing actionable insights to the marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools, and experience in operations management. The analyst will also support the marketing team by ensuring data accuracy, streamlining processes, and aligning marketing operations with overall business objectives.
