JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the Marketing team’s efforts to drive the team’s goals related to partnership activations, program engagement, and special initiatives through the exceptional organization and project management of marketing deliverables and assets as well support of creative execution.

Responsibilities:

Print Production

  • Manage all logistics related to print and premium production, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to effectively and efficiently manage proofs, quantities, specs, deadlines, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Source and manage production, budgets, and due dates of branded premiums and event materials.

Graphic Design Support

  • Provide entry-level graphic design support on print and premium collateral, content needs, social media, and other design needs under the guidance of RIF’s Creative Director.

Asset Management

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining database of record for images, videos, quotes, milestones, awards, and organizational timeline.

Team Metrics

  • Responsible for the regular collection of metrics across channels, initiatives and tactics, presenting them for internal and external audiences.

General Marketing Support

  • Conduct and gather research on influencers, authors/illustrators, advertising opportunities to enhance the organization’s pathways for reach, awareness, and engagement.
  • Development of decks and talking points for external meetings, conferences, and presentations.
  • Provide support, as needed, related to partner activations, special initiatives and campaigns.
