Description:
Job Introduction Marketing Operations Engagement Lead (Maternity Cover)
As our Marketing Operations Engagement Lead, you will drive strategic guidance and provide solutions for Marketing Ops and technology projects, reporting directly into our Senior Manager, MODEI.
You’ll oversee our marketing technology platforms, while advancing the client portal and championing market initiatives. Collaborating with internal teams and technology partners, you’ll lead one direct report within the MODEI team, ensuring streamlined operations and excellent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Manager, MODEI in the development of our marketing technology & projects roadmap together with supporting communications strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to increase engagement and ROI of Marketing Platforms & Systems, working alongside other key departmental leads
- Provide recommendations for strategic development across our Marketing Platforms & Systems stack to improve efficiency and derive greater value
- Provide ongoing best practice consultancy with colleagues in Clients and Markets, Business Services and the wider business for marketing technology including our CRM (Intapp Oneplace), Intapp Relationship Intelligence and Client Portal solution (Atlas).
- Own the client portal product, working closely with the project team to ensure clients receive a best in class digital experience and governance is continuously developed and applied to ensure the effective management of the platform.
- Leverage data to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Own the ongoing relationship between our trusted technology partners and work with them to develop a roadmap of feature and enhancement deployments in line with release cycles.
- Line manage direct report, ensuring skills are nurtured and developed within the team and regular 1-2-1/review meetings are conducted.
