Apply to find out more. About you: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Engineer I to join our team in an entry-level capacity. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building and optimizing marketing technology solutions, including campaign management tools, marketing automation platforms, and advertising integrations. You will work under the guidance of senior team members to support key initiatives that enhance marketing processes and improve audience engagement Day-to-day, you will: • Assist in the development and configuration of a campaign management tool that integrates with marketing automation, CRM, and advertising platforms. • Help set up and maintain integrations between the campaign management tool and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). • Collaborate with team members to build and test workflows and automation rules within marketing automation platforms. • Assist in creating reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and ROI. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) or CRM systems. • Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL. • Knowledge of advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
